HARRISURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has given final approval to a settlement aimed at addressing long-standing service issues with Frontier Commonwealth, according to a half dozen lawmakers who have been advocating for affected consumers.

Owlett Bill Would Protect Public Fund Investments

HARRISBURG – Citing increasing instability across the world, Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford) has introduced legislation that would require an examination of geopolitical risk be conducted as part of the investment analysis when the state Treasury or Pennsylvania’s public pension funds invest in the financial assets of foreign countries.

Yaw, Owlett Announce $550,000 in Multimodal Funding for Tioga County

HARRISBURG –State Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23) and State Rep. Clint Owlett (R-68) today announced $550,000 in state funding has been awarded to two Tioga County projects through Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA). The awards were considered at today’s CFA Board meeting and approved through the Authority’s Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) program.
