Owlett to Host Senior Expo Aug. 7

HARRISBURG – Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford) is inviting area senior citizens, their family members and caregivers to his upcoming Senior Expo on Friday, Aug. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at Wellsboro Senior High School Gym and Commons, 225 Nichols St.

“It is great to see so many of our senior citizens coming out to the expo each year, and while I see many familiar faces, I always see plenty of new ones as well,” Owlett said. “It really is a great opportunity for our seniors and their caregivers to learn about a lot of services and opportunities available to them in one convenient location.” 

The expo is open to seniors age 50 and older, as well as their family members and caregivers, to obtain information, ask questions and connect with nearly 80 exhibitors from government agencies; healthcare and long-term care service providers; insurance and financial services; and more.  

Admission to the expo is free and no registration is required.
