Owlett to Join AT&T, FirstNet to Mark Expanded Connectivity for Northern Tier

WHAT: Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter) will take part in a news conference highlighting the activation of several wireless communications sites in Tioga County to improve public safety and enhance connectivity in the Northern Tier.
